Stephen specialises in construction and engineering disputes and advises employers, contractors and sub-contractors on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Stephen has worked in our international arbitration and civil litigation practice group and is experienced in all dispute resolution processes. He has worked on a range of arbitrated (International Chamber of Commerce, Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre and UNCITRAL) and litigated claims (English and Dubai International Financial Centre) for a number of international clients, including those based in the Middle East. Stephen has also advised on dispute adjudication board proceedings under the FIDIC suite of contracts.
