SCC enjoys third best year in a century for cases but where are the women?

The Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce has released its 2016 caseload statistics, showing that it administered its third highest number of cases since its establishment a century ago and including data on the appointment of female arbitrators for the first time.

ICC introduces expedited procedure

After a meeting of its executive board in Bangkok, the ICC International Court of Arbitration has revised its rules to, among other things, introduce an expedited procedure that can apply to cases of all value.
