Sandro specialises in arbitration related to the development of public infrastructure projects (both carried out by means of traditional public works and PPPs). He obtained his law degree at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) in Lima and later pursued postgraduate studies in international commercial and investment arbitration at the Washington College of Law (American University) in Washington, DC and a master's degree in managing infrastructure projects at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona, Spain.Sandro is also a member of the list of arbitrators or the Centre of Arbitration of the PUCP. In the academic field he has participated as an arbitrator in international student competitions and has published several articles related to arbitration topics.
