He has successfully handled complex commercial disputes for national and international clients in the construction, mining, energy, telecoms, insurance, life sciences, food and education industries. Mr Cuchí has participated in arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Mexican Centre of Arbitration (CAM), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Court (HKIAC) and the Mexican Chambers of Commerce (CANACO). He received his law degree (JD) summa cum laude from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. He frequently publishes articles on select arbitration and litigation topics.
