Ophélie is a senior associate in DLA Piper’s international arbitration practice, based in Paris.Ophélie has experience advising and representing clients in arbitration cases administered by the ICSID, the International Chamber of Commerce, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations pursuant to the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, in English, French and Spanish.She also represents clients in proceedings relating to the enforcement or setting aside of international arbitral awards, in France and abroad. She has worked extensively with African clients and is familiar with OHADA Law.She also advises clients in proceedings before the OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration.
