Luis Asali has been a managing partner at Asali since 2012. He has over 20 years of experience. He has designed winning strategies for over 300 disputes. Luis has broad experience in arbitration, civil, commercial, administrative and constitutional litigation, including several successful litigations before the Mexican Supreme Court. He handles disputes in various industries, focusing on contractual and tort liability and injunctions. Luis represents national and international clients in arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, CAM, CANACO and UNCITRAL rules and regularly serves as an arbitrator. He has been an expert witness on Mexican law before foreign courts. As co-founder of the National Strategic Litigation Council, he has led initiatives promoting the rule of law in Mexico. Academically, Luis graduated with honours from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City and has over 15 years of teaching experience at prestigious universities.
