London silks hear 3M’s fight with insurer over earplugs settlement

US multinational 3M is pursuing an arbitration in London against AIG, accusing the insurer of wrongfully refusing to indemnify it for part of a US$6 billion settlement to end product liability litigation over its combat earplugs.
