Katy Hacking is counsel at the DIFC-LCIA. She has been based in the UAE since September 2014 and is experienced in international arbitration having practised with Simmons & Simmons and Pinsent Masons.During her time in private practice, Katy advised and represented clients in international arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, DIFC-LCIA and DIAC Rules, with a particular focus on construction and infrastructure disputes.
