Blanket ban of Russian Paralympic athletes to be reviewed by CAS

UPDATED.The blanket exclusion of Russian athletes from the Paralympics in Rio de Janiero because of evidence of state-sponsored doping is to be appealed to the Court of Arbitration of Sport, with funding from a prominent businessman.
