Colombia turns to outside counsel for shipwreck treasure claim
After failing to get the case thrown out at an initial stage using in-house lawyers, Colombia says it has retained two foreign law firms to lead its defence in a US$10 billion investment treaty claim over rights to treasure in the wreck of a sunken 18th century Spanish galleon.
